RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (Nov. 5, 2025) – Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Golf Saudi today announced the continuation and expansion of their transformative partnership in women’s golf through the 2026 PIF Global Series, an elevated slate of five world-class tournaments across three continents.
The series will tee off at Riyadh Golf Club with the PIF Saudi Ladies International, followed by a global schedule that includes stops in the United Kingdom, Korea, China, and the United States. Highlighting the enhanced series is the debut of the Aramco Championship at Shadow Creek Golf Club in Las Vegas, a new co-sanctioned event between the LPGA and LET that brings women’s golf to one of the sport’s most iconic venues.
The 2026 PIF Global Series events are:
· PIF Saudi Ladies International – Riyadh Golf Club, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (February 9–15, 2026; $5 million)
· Aramco Championship – Shadow Creek Golf Club, Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S. (March 30–April 5, 2026; $4 million)
· PIF London Championship – London, United Kingdom (August 3–9, 2026; $2 million)
· Aramco Korea Championship – South Korea (October 5–11, 2026; $2 million)
· Aramco China Championship – China (November 2–8, 2026; $2 million)
The series continues to underscore PIF’s growing global influence in advancing women’s sport and its ongoing partnership with Golf Saudi to provide more opportunities and exposure for female athletes worldwide.
H.E. Yasir Al Rumayyan, Chairman of the Board, Golf Saudi and Governor of the PIF:
“Women’s golf continues to go from strength-to-strength and PIF has a strong track record of backing that growth and investing in the future of the women’s game. Today’s announcement marks another significant milestone as we work closely with great partners at the LPGA and LET to introduce a co-sanctioned event as part of next year’s PIF Global Series. The future of women’s golf has never been brighter, on and off the course.”
Noah Alireza, CEO, Golf Saudi:
“Through our partnership with PIF and our collaboration with the LPGA and LET, we are continuing to transform the women’s game. The introduction of a co-sanctioned event in the United States with the LPGA reflects the global strength and ambition of this series. We’ve seen firsthand the power of these tournaments to inspire participation and shape the future of golf — from thousands of first-time players in Saudi Arabia to audiences around the world.”
Khalid Al Zamil, Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Aramco:
“The enhanced PIF Global Series is an important moment for women's golf and Aramco is immensely proud to extend its partnership with Golf Saudi, building on our long history of enabling sport and empowering communities. We believe our support of the expanded PIF Global Series will help create new opportunities, elevate the women’s game on a global level, and inspire future stars of the sport.”
Marta Figueras-Dotti, Chair, Ladies European Tour Ltd. Board of Directors:
“The PIF Global Series has quickly become a cornerstone of the LET schedule, providing our players with world-class stages and life-changing opportunities. The addition of the Las Vegas event with the LPGA further unites the women’s game globally, allowing our members to compete alongside the best and continue building momentum for the future of our sport.”
Craig Kessler, LPGA Commissioner:
“The LPGA is proud to join the PIF Global Series through our new co-sanctioned event at Shadow Creek. This partnership is a significant milestone in connecting tours and creating opportunities for the best golfers in the world. Together with the LET, Golf Saudi, and PIF, we’re continuing to raise the standard for women’s golf and bring it to new fans and markets around the globe.”
